Making a contrast between the comparative sentences in Chinese an d Japanese,this paper is carried on Japanese students’errors in acquiring Chinese comparativesentences at secondary level. I hope it will make a little difference to reduce theerrors.The first chapter is the introduction, which is divided into two parts. The firstpart is the reason and significance of the topic, and the research methods taken as well.The second part not only introduces the domestic and aboard related research ofcomparative sentences in details, but also make a comparative analyses betweenChinese and Japanese comparative sentences, which will give firm foundation of thefollowing chapters.The second chapter talks about Chinese comparative sentences in five forms.And three types of comparative sentences are listed: equal compariso n sentences, thecomparative constructions and successive comparative sentences. And then there arecomparisons between Chinese and Japanese comparative sentences.The third part is to the Japanese students learning Chinese comparativesentences appear bias for further theoretical analysis and thinking, with comparisonof Korean and inter-language theory as the foundation, combined with practicalresearch on the causes of errors are analyzed, the reason mainly classified as:There are two parts in the fourth chapter, one of which is the reason of causingerrors; the other is the exploration of the teaching methods and strategies. Fouraspects are mentioned, negative transfer of mother tongue and target language masterdoes not reach the designated position, the characteristics of Japanese students, lessscientifically text books.According to the reasons mentioned in the last paragraph, the fifth chapterfocuses on teaching methods and strategies on the teaching Chinese comparativesentence, which will improve the accuracy rate of it.The last part is the conclusion of the whole passage, according to the erroranalyses mentioned before. The opinion it elaborates will do good to second languageteaching.
