| Since the1980s, The Chinese scholars research on cultural identity is more andmore popular. We are now in the era of cultural globalization. The cultural influencein the world is more and more important, the values conflict is visible everywhere, thetraditional cultural values in slowly disappears. The traditional and modern cultureconflict, the conflict between western culture and eastern culture values is caused bypeople’s cultural identity problems, to build our country’s national cultural identity isurgently. According to the cause of cultural identity problems under the backgroundof globalization to write thinking mode, from the problems to solve in the process ofresearch methods to write this article. Firstly, to illustrate the related concepts andtheories, to the connotation of culture, cultural identity and globalization andintroduce the relevant theories of cultural identity research foundation, post-colonialtheory, postmodern theory and the theory of cultural imperialism; And then analysisof the problems exist in the era of globalization cultural identity systemically;Secondly describe the problems existing in the Chinese culture systemically;Thenpropose the idea of promoting China’s cultural identity of advices, we can analysis itin three aspects: Firstly, strengthen the construction of advanced culture; Secondly,promote the development of media communication; Thirdly, the culturalcommunication between different cultures’s dialogue. The conclusion is that theidentity is a process of constant development and construction, the construction ofcultural identity has no perfect answers. Only constant efforts to build a culturalidentity can promote our country’s national cultural identity, to help improve ournation’s national cohesion, to realize the revival of the Chinese culture, to resisterosion caused by the strong western culture on Chinese culture and the homogeneityof thecultural crisis and improve our country’s cultural soft power. |
