Under the background of economic globalization,Cultural creative enterprise is a new knowledge intensive enterprise.The added value of cultural creative enterprise is much higher than that of traditional enterprise,and the core of its development is innovative products and services.Knowledge is the source of innovation,on the one hand,high quality human capital can bring more creative knowledge for enterprise,and have a stronger ability to obtain and use knowledge;on the other hand,in the original level of human capital,enterprises can create an atmosphere to encourage employees to learn and absorb more knowledge,enhancing the absorptive capacity.In the fierce market competition,cultural creative enterprises how to improve the level of human capital,strengthen the absorptive capacity,is the key to win the market.In the paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 295 cultural and creative enterprises,based on the theoretical analysis of the impact of human capital and absorptive capacity on innovation performance,and referring to the foreign mature research scale.Combined with factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the paper uses SPSS22.0 and AMOS to test the hypotheses proposed in the theoretical framework.Based on the empirical analysis of 295 sample data,the conclusions are as follows:The first,human capital of cultural creative enterprise can promote innovation performance.Cultural and creative enterprises can improve innovation performance through four types of human capital,such as entrepreneurs,managers,developers and marketers.The second,Absorptive capacity of cultural creative can promote innovation performance.Cultural and creative enterprises should pay attention to their own absorptive capacity,form a good internal atmosphere,improve market sensitivity,in order to obtain and use all kinds of valuable resources in time,and into innovation performance.The third,human capital of cultural creative enterprises can promote the improvement of absorptive capacity.The enterprise's own knowledge reserve and the quality of the talents will affect its recognition and acquisition of new knowledge.The fourth,absorptive capacity of cultural creative enterprises plays a partial mediating role between human capital and innovation performance.If enterprises want to use its human capital to improve innovation performance,it is a feasible way to promote the absorptive capacity firstly.To sum up,there are two ways to improve the performance of the cultural and creative enterprises: one is to enhance the organization's knowledge reserves through a high level of human capital;the other is to obtain Stronger absorptive capacity to acquire and utilize knowledge.
