Since the China’s new round of curriculum reform of basic education was carried out in2001, The curriculum reform of College Chinese language and literature education which trains basic education language teachers has become the focus of attention. The professional curriculum system is perfect or not, that will affect the quality of the new Chinese teachers training directly. According to the gap between the current curriculum system and the requirement of the new Chinese teachers training, further reform and improving the professional curriculum system are necessary. Therefore, to make a research of curriculum reform of Chinese language and literature education facing the new curriculum reform is good to further reform and improving the professional curriculum system and meeting the requirement of the new Chinese teachers training.Some methods, such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, individual interview are used in the paper. By using Chinese language and literature education of Qinzhou University as an example, the author defines the core concepts of research scientifically, and introduces some theories for professional curriculum reform. The author makes the investigation and research on the present situation of curriculum of Chinese language and literature education too, according to the objectives and requirements of the new curriculum reform that includes the curriculum goal, curriculum structure, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation and other aspects. The paper analysizes them, and points out some disadvantages of it. And the paper puts forward some countermeasures and paths after further study on causes, in order to provide some reference for the curriculum reform of Chinese language and literature education.In this paper, the structure is divided into six chapters.Chapter Ⅰ is the preface. After clearing the background, causes and meaning of the theme, the author clarifies and analyzes the previous studies, ensures research ideas and clears the contents and methods of the research, then defines the core concepts of research scientifically and builds up the corresponding internal logic system. Chapter II discusses the challenges. The implementation of new curriculum reform shows curriculum of College Chinese language and literature education some new challenges. The three-dimensional objectives of the curriculum must have a qualitative improvement. The curriculum structure must match the language teacher professionalism.Course content should be close to the students’life. Curriculum implementation should highlight the students’ subjectivity. And curriculum evaluation should focus on students’development.ChapterⅢ introduces some theories for curriculum reform of Chinese language and literature education. The theories are whole person development course value, returning to life of the ecological ideology of curriculum, teaching theory on constructivism and the theory of Multiple Intelligences.ChapterⅣ is the analysis of the present situation of the courses. The survey results on the five aspects of the new curriculum reform are classified and analyzed. Then some disadvantages of professional curriculum of Chinese language and Literature education are discovered by the author. The three-dimensional objectives of the curriculum is out of balance. The curriculum structure is not reasonable. The course content divorces from the students’real life. Curriculum implementation ignores the students’ dominant role and curriculum evaluation is confined on screening and selection functions.ChapterⅤ shows the causes of the problems. The causes are backward in education ideas, the instinct laziness, the constraints of traditional culture, the bad influence of social environment, lack of education resources and the complexity of curriculum reformChapterⅥ puts forward the countermeasures for the curriculum reform of Chinese language and literature education. According to the causes, the author suggests that colleges must strengthen teachers training, update the education idea, implement incentive system, arouse the enthusiasm of teachers’ curriculum reform, abandon the traditional culture, develop culture positive energy, improve teachers’entry standards, enhance the professionalism of curriculum, increase investment in education, expand education resources and on the basis of the theory of science curriculum, break the class changes complexity.
