Well-being is the goal that everyone tries his best to pursue and subject of well-being is the main aspect that can influence middle-school students’psychological health. Therefore, to research well-being attribution style of middle-school student can help to improve their happy experience. So it is of high meaning to theory as well as to practice.Based on document literature, open questionnaire survey on98middle-school students, predict questionnaire’s exploratory factor analysis on234ones and official questionnaire’s confirmatory factor analysis on553ones, it clears reasonable attribution structure, works out the attribution questionnaire of middle school students’ subject well-being and checks the questionnaire’s multi-index reliability and validity. Meanwhile, the research makes investigation and analysis to the current situation of middle-school students’subject well-being attribution. Results are as follows:1) Subjective well-being attribution style of middle-school students is of multi-level and3-dimensional structure, which includes subject well-being, attributes to subject, subject well-being attributes to object and subject well-being attributes to stimulus situation.2) The attribution questionnaire that based on theoretical supposition has good test-retest reliability, internal-consistency, internal validity, construct-related validity and so on. So it can be used to test the middle students’attribution style.3) Attribution style is different according to their grade, sex, residence and families.
