high school students' subjective well-being is on the high school students own quality of life and the status of satisfaction.The study based on the developmental psychology,positive psychology and local culture framework,from the positive emotions,negative emotions,family,interpersonal happiness,school,school,physical and mental and environmental happiness eight dimensions to study.It will help to rich high school students physiological,psychological and ethical level of theoretical exploration,to inspire the high school students happy perception,to improve the ability of high school students to be happy in their lives.The study used a combination of qualitative research and empirical research,interviewed and researched 47 and 482 high school students in Beijing,disscussed the status quo and the issue.The results are as follows:(1)The level of subjective well-being of high school students is a little higher than middle level,and the sense of happiness is higher than the overall SWB,and there are differences SWB in different dimensions.(2)There are significant differences in gender and other demographic characteristics.(3)Exercise is significantly influenced by gender,and the frequency is significantly different from positive emotion,study and school well-being.Based on the study,put forwarded the relationship between education and life awareness of eight educational countermeasures to effectively improve the high school students SWB experiences.In the end of the paper,the innovation and characteristics of the research were discussed,the shortcomings of the study and future research prospects were analyzed,hoping to help the follow-up study.
