Abstract:This essay is mainly based on the Conversation Lessons of Teaching Chinese classes. It also takes students who have one year Chinese language learning experience as the object of the study. Besides, the essay also focus on the issues of analysis of regulate and control during classes through teaching experience summarize, case study and interview from the TCFL teachers point of view. There are two main aspects in this essay to be discussed which are to mobilize the interest of students, to active the atmosphere of lessons, and how to manage the discipline in classes, how to handle and response emergency situations. In the first aspect, to mobilize the interest of students, to active the atmosphere of lessons, from the TECL teachers point of view, to discuss teachers’action. For example, how to organized the contents of lessons? Which teaching methods should be chosen? What kind of body language could do and also to adjust teachers’self-psychology before and during lessons teaching. To sum up, in order to achieve better effectiveness of education and to implement Chinese language teaching optimization, TECL teachers should choose the appropriate way for specific situation in lessons to regulate and control.
