The entrance exam of university still plays an significant importance for the future living of the students in the current educational system. Thus, both parents and children have to devote all their effort to it, hoping that they can get a good result in the exam. In order to get a better education, some students have to live in the school as boarding students. And some others rent a house near the school to be accompanied by their parents. And there are more and more students choose the study pattern of last one, that is, study as the students accompanied by parents. Whether it is a good way to get a good academic achievement still remains to be seen. But there is little study on the difference between the boarding students and the students accompanied by their parents. So the writer focuses on their activities of daily living and academic achievement to find whether there is obvious difference. The study shows that there is no obvious difference between their academic achievement, and their activities of daily living are all in the same standard. Based on these study, the writer gives some suggestion on how to improve students’activities of daily living and how to deal with the social problems of the study accompanied by parents.
