Korea-China has a long history of friendly relationship, which is an important stage between Korea and the Mongolian dynasty empire, especially during the reign mlitary officer. In the mid-12th century, in order to change the unequal treatment, mlitary officer seized power by rebellion. they established a power system centuries of mlitary. Cui Zhongxian further improved the ruling body. With the rise of Mongolia, it made friends with Korea as "brothers of the Union" and then the situation preluded a century of korea-Yuan relationship. At last, the king regain power by Mongolian forces.The paper is divided five chapters.The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of this study and foreign scholars research dynamic and then noted main ideas and innovations.The second chapter introduces the background of Korea mlitary officer and its process, including Mongolia rise and expansion, koryo-Mongolia brother realationship.Since the12th century, the centralization declining, autocratic wife’s family and the invasion of the mlitary forces. With Liao and Jing rising, the military sized the power. In the early13th century, the rising Mongolia established country and rapidly expand. When recovering the remnants of the Qidan, Koryo formed with Mongolia "brotherly alliance".The third chapter, the main content of Cui Zhong Xian mastered the power of Koryo dynasty. He found political power by establishing and perfecting the power regime. Invasion of the Mongol Empire, Cui faced a huge challenge, who played important role between the Mongol Empire and Koryo. Between1231to1259, Mongolia has launched six large-scale invasion in order to conquest Korea. Cui moved the capital to Jianghua Island so as to safeguard their own interests. However, after60years, Cui power through four generations was destructed by internal and external forcesThe fourth chapter talked about that mlitary officer located on the decline after the end of the rule of Cui power.
