S Co., Ltd. is a culture industry company, specialized engage in the campus culture media of college. After more than ten years of development, the company has developed into a technology-based middle and small-sized enterprise. With the development of the industry and competition of the market, S company faced with a lot of pressure of the competition, the management of S company realized, as the existing scale, it is hard to continue occupy the market on a national scale. If S company don't grow bigger in time, it is hard to maintain the existing market share. So, how to financing is the urgent affair for the development of S company.According to the actual circumstances of the S Co., LTD., this paper combined with its financial data, and used the methods of comparative analysis, SWOT etc., to analyze the strategy of financing and correct it based on the foundation.The main research conclusion of this paper is:formulate a scientific and reasonable financing decision, continue and deepen the cooperation with the bank, further study on the relevant policy of government department, get more project funding support; introduce venture capital funds, speed up the expansion of the company development with strong financial support and scientific management; list on the Growth Enterprise Market at the appropriate time, use the greater financing platform of the capital market, realize the leap-forward development of the company.The significance of this paper lies in:on the one hand, the research conclusion quantitative assessment and management is to provide decision-making basis for S co., LTD.; On the other hand, as the leading enterprises in the growing technology-based middle and small-sized enterprise., self-employment, the paper provide the reference of development in the further for the local technology-based enterprise. To a certain extent, it still has a guidance function to the emerging industries in financing way.
