In the advancing tide of science and technology of the world,as an important branch of modernindustrial society,energy pillar of the national economic development, the coal industry and coal sciencetechnology have achieved significant development. Driven by the development of the energy market andtechnology, the coal industry in China develops rapidly,not only met the energy needs of society, but alsocreated enormous wealth for the society,become the basic power of the nation.However,a series of ethicalproblems such as security, human rights, the livelihood of the people and environment has appeared in theprocess of China’s modern coal mining enterprises,which has brought serious negative impact to the healthydevelopment of the enterprise and society harmonious.Since2012the development of China’s coaleconomy came into a weak period, there is a imbalance situation between supply and demand.The loss ofsome small and medium-sized coal enterprises is serious, and withdraw from the coal market gradually.Thecoal enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, and the same time it accompanying a series ofethical anomie phenomenon caused by the vicious competition. Along with the obvious ethical problemsand increasingly competition of coal enterprises,the necessity of the coal mine enterprise ethicsconstruction is becoming more and more urgent.Take Chinese modern coal enterprise as the research object,Author go deep into the coal miningenterprises, effectively understand the actual situation.while through the questionnaire survey to understandthe true state and ideas of leaderships and staffs,that provide a detailed materials as practical basis for theanalysis of enterprise ethics.At first, This paper put forward the ethical demand of China modern coalenterprise.then selected coal mine as the specific research object, through actual investigation and questionnaire survey, to tease out the ethical problems in enterprise management activities, productionactivities and business activities.and analyzed the enterprise ethics problems from the external and internalof enterprises.Finally, this paper discussed paper discusses the ways and methods to strengthen theconstruction of enterprise ethics from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects.
