This paper has done the research on the instructional design of Chinesecomprehensive course classroom teaching for foreigners, under the background ofconstructivism theory, with methods, such as literature analysis, observation beingused and the principles of instructional design being applied. The instructional designis the embodier of Chinese comprehensive course classroom teaching, as well as theplan in advance to avoid and solve the problems of classroom teaching. Throughstudying, some existing problems of Chinese comprehensive course classroomteaching for foreigners have been discovered, and five strategies of the instructionaldesign of Chinese comprehensive course classroom teaching for foreigners have beenexplored and concluded based on constructivism theory. A comparative study on theinstructional design of between the traditonal Chinese comprehensive courseclassroom teaching for foreigners and that under constructivism theory is alsoinvolved in this paper, finding that constructvism theory has uniqual and specialadvantages on Chinese comprehensive course classroom teaching for foreigners.Through practice as well as study, the instructional design of Chinese comprehensivecourse classroom teaching for foreigners, which is under constructivism theory, hasbeen found to be practical and that better teaching effects can be achieved in theclassroom teaching practised on the basis of instructional design under constructivismtheory.
