Research On The Construction Of Professional Ethics In The View Of Daqing Spirit

With the rapid development of economy, the social division of labor increasingly developed, great changes have taken place in the professional activities. The overall trend of the current development situation of professional ethic is positive, but there is also ethical anomie phenomenon, such as weak sense of responsibility, lack of dedication and so on. The Daqing spirit which occupied an important position in the history of professional ethic development is outstanding cultural achievement of the local industry. The dedication, honesty and pioneering spirits are significant for the construction of professional ethic.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part conducted a basic research of professional ethic, combed the western research achievements, explored the concepts and analyzed the components and functions. The second part described the current situation of professional ethic, illustrated the problems and then analyzed the reason from three aspects which are the conflict of interest, the conflict of culture and the conflict of role. On this basis to strength the construction of professional ethic is necessary. The third part described the historic background of the formation of Daqing spirit from the view of history, revealed the essence of the Daqing spirit and explored the excellent work ethic of Daqing spirit by comparing the Daqing spirit and the professional ethic. It discussed the ethical values from the view of the spiritual heritage, the cultural psychology and the career aspirations. The fourth part considered how to promote the construction of profession ethic-based on the Daqing spirit. It proposed the principle and countermeasures of the construction of professional ethic based on the excellent traditional professional philosophy.
