Academic burnout is a long-term learning for students,the outside world continues to increase the pressure on them,which makes them a negative emotion,resulting in a decline in academic efficiency and a tired state of learning.On account of these reasons,undergraduates have experienced various degree of academic burnout.The academic burnout is extremely unfavorable to their academic performances,it even has a negative impact on the development and growth of individuals.Previous studies focused on the analysis of the status quo of academic burnout and the reasons,overlooking the intervention studies.Therefore,by understanding the influencing factors of academic burnout,it is helpful to formulate effective intervention programs to reduce the degree of academic burnout of college students.Based on previous studies,this study use the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale,the Self-Control Scale,and the Academic Burnout Scale to perform.This study analyze the status of academic burnout on 382 college students.This study analyze the relationship among the academic self-efficacy,the self-control and the academic burnout.It designs group counseling programs from the perspective of academic self-efficacy and self-control.On this basis,group counseling programs are designed from the perspective of academic self-efficacy and self-control.The effectiveness of group counseling program in the intervention of college students' academic burnout is investigated by experimental method.The results of the study are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in academic burnout among gender,grade,major,job title,and place of origin.There is significant gender differences in misconduct.Boys have higher scores than girls.There is a significant difference in the sense of accomplishment on the ground of students.The score of rural students is significantly higher than that of urban students.(2)Academic self-efficacy has a negative predictive effect on academic burnout.Self-control has a negative predictive effect on academic burnout.There is a significant positive correlation between academic self-efficacy and self-control.Self-control plays a partial mediating effects on academic self-efficacy and academic burnout.(3)Group counseling effectively reduces college students' academic burnout levels,it not only has a good immediate effect,but also has a good follow-up effect.
