Learning burnout in teacher colleges is a common phenomenon. Digestion of learning burnout timely and rationally is an objective goal of teacher education requirements and educational reform. Moreover, it is the inevitable demands of qualified personnel for basic education to promote high-round development of students and teachers.This paper selected method of questionnaire within the four full-time students in Jilin teacher colleges in the stratified sample survey based of related research at home and abroad to study learning stress conditions and to further explore learning pressure, study the relationship between burnout and academic achievement.1. There is a certain degree of the phenomenon of learning burnout in normal college students. Among them, there are significant differences in different grades, different sources of expertise, as well as students from different families and individual dimensions2. Students and teachers feel that great pressure. And it is obvious in learning perspective, learning atmosphere pressure and family expectations. There is difference in different gender, and the pressure in learning perspective for girls is significantly higher than boys; there is difference in different grades, the pressure in learning competitive for junior students is lower than freshmen and sophomore, the pressure in learning perspective for junior students is higher than freshmen and sophomore, the pressure in academic burden for sophomore is higher than freshmen and junior students; there is difference in different majors, the pressure in academic for art class students is higher than history and technology students; there is difference in different schools, the pressure in learning condition for the students of Tonghua Normal University is higher than the other three schools; there is difference in different home source, the pressure in learning perspective and family expectations for rural students higher than urban students.3. There is different in academic achievement between different gender and majors. The academic achievement for girls is higher than boys and technology students are higher than history student.4. The correlation analysis between learning burnout and learning pressure of all dimensions. There is no significant correlation in misconduct and learning atmosphere pressure, low sense of accomplishment and learning atmosphere and family expectations.5. There is correlation between academic achievement and the level of learning burnout and learning pressure.6. There is a positive effect in learning perspective for academic learning. There is a negative predictive effect in depression, misconduct, a sense of achievement, the effectiveness of learning pressure, academic pressure and learning conditions for academic achievement. These seven factors were explained by academic achievement combined 31.4 %.
