Language is an important tool of human communication and it is the essentialtool of education work, at the same time, it is the link which connecting people’sminds. If education tries to use harmonious development of students as valueorientation, it must focus on human integrity and individuality, maintaining dignity ofstudents, developing the good moral character of students and creating a goodenvironment for the development of individuals. Harmonious campus wordenvironment plays an irreplaceable role for the healthy growth of young people.Teachers are engineers of human souls and the communicator of human civilization.The harmony, kindness, civilized language of teachers could positively impact onstudents’ development. Therefore, the language of teachers should be the harmoniousunification of truth, goodness and beauty.However,in recent years, the "Teacherlanguage violence" issue has happened frequently, it serious harm to the physical andmental development of young people, which has caused widespread concern of thewhole society. Teacher’s language violence seems more civilized than corporalpunishment, even more subtle and difficult to detect, but it gives students moreserious injuries than corporal punishment. Therefore, create a civilized andharmonious campus environment is good for the physical and mental development ofyoung people, it also could help teachers to realize the education goal successfullyand helpful for implement the scientific concept of development education. Currently,there are a lot of researches on the teacher’s language violence, the range of researchis really wide as well, involving education, ethics, psychology, and law. As the studyfrom the perspective of applied linguistics is not much, so the writer try to preliminarydiscuss the type, reason, solution of teacher’s language violence from the perspectiveof language application.The paper is divided into four parts: The introduction provided literature reviewof the research status of teacher’s language violence, pointed out the significance ofthis research; The first chapter based on the education field theory and linguistics fieldtheory, put forward the theory hypothesis of teachers’ verbal violence; Moreover,through field survey of several secondary schools in the city of Luohe, teachers’verbal violence’s existence and universality hazards has been proved. The surveyconducted from the perspective of sound language and silent language, it summarizesthe characteristics of teachers’ language of violence. The second chapter deeplyanalyzed the objective and subjective causes of violence and the harms, alsoconfirmed the negative impact of violence brought to students. From the subjectiveand objective aspects of education, educational objects, environment and law, thethird chapter discussed the avoidance strategy of teachers’ language violence duringexploring teachers’ art criticism.In conclusion, this paper aims to provide the revelation to the teachers of primary and secondary school and the whole community, to help them be able to realize theirresponsibilities and obligations during the basic education in China. Furthermore,during the education, the teachers’ art criticism should be widely promoted and usedto virtually eliminates teachers language violence, truly to be a teacher, live up to theexpectations to teachers of the whole community, worthy of the glorious title ofteacher of the people.
