| In this thesis,through questionnaires and individual interviews,we made astudy about the present status of Chinese Cultural Identity of students (beginninglevel) studying in Chinese Department of College of Chinese Language andCulture, Jinan University. In addition, we take both their scores of the final-termexamination and the overall evaluation got from teachers for reference. The resultof comparing analysis shows the positive correlation between Chinese culturalidentity and Chinese learning. On the one hand, Chinese cultural identity improvesalong with time, and makes influence on Chinese learning in all directions,includes the learning motivation, learning attitude, sense of Learning achievementand the learning effect, etc. On the other hand, Chinese learning also have thereaction on Chinese cultural identity. Finally, this paper also aimed at someproblems found in the study, and discuss not only how to draw on the advantagesand avoid disadvantages, but also how to make the cultivation of students’ Chinesecultural identity benefit their Chinese learning. Furthermore, suggestions are givenon how to improve teaching quality as well as the learning effect. |
