The Evaluation Study Of The Culture And Creative Industry Promote The Economic Sustainable Development

In recent years, more and more problems and contradictions of China’s economicrapid development in the past after accumulation, land, energy, environmentalpollution problems become the main factor of economic development, thedevelopment experience of developed countries, after entering the period of postindustrialization, has been the transformation of the mode of development, thecultural creative industries with low energy consumption, low pollution, high yieldcharacteristics in the transformation of the mode of economic development plays animportant role in. Combined with the actual conditions of our country andinternational experience, put forward in our country in the "12th Five Year Plan" forin2020the construction of cultural and creative industries become the pillar industry,so as to promote the sustainable development of economy. This paper is a study of thecultural and creative industry role in promoting economic sustainable developmentunder this background.This paper first reviews the results of research on cultural and creative industry,the related theory of cultural and creative industries are reviewed, especially thetheoretical study of the relationship between the cultural and creative industries andeconomic sustainable development aspects, and on the basis of the meeting, combinedwith economic reality, proposed4hypotheses,4aspects of these4assumptionsrepresenting the economic sustainable development. Then use the cointegration test,Grainger Granger causality test and vector autoregression model of these4hypotheses, that the development of cultural and creative industries to promote theeconomic sustainable development of conclusion, wherein the cointegration testmainly shows that the development of cultural and creative industries and thesustainable development of economy and there is a long-term equilibrium relationship,and that the cointegration equation between them; Grainger Granger causality testshows that there is one-way causal relationship between cultural creative industry andthe sustainable development of economy, that is, the development of cultural and creative industries to promote sustainable economic development; in the vector autoregression model, using the impulse response function and variance decompositiontechnique to illustrate the cultural and creative industry can promote economicsustainable development in the extent. On the basis of empirical research, combinedwith analysis of the promotion of sustainable economic development of Shanghaicultural and creative industry case further illustrates the cultural and creativeindustries to promote the economic sustainable development, and analyzes theproblems the current situation of the development of Shanghai cultural and creativeindustry and the problems in the developing process, and finally put forward thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
