The Research About The Cultural Creative Industry Effects The Development Of Shannxi Economic

As a rapidly developing new industry. Culture creative industry has great economic benefit and social benefit. So many countries and regions define the Culture Creative industry as the pillar of the regional industry.The development of cultural creative industry can promote regional economic growth, spread the characteristic culture of the region,improve the structure of the region’s economy, the economic quality, promote science and technology strength, at last it can promote regional economic soft power. Therefore, the development of cultural creative industries can promote the overall economic strength of the area. As a cultural resourceful province,Shaanxi has the superior natural conditions of the development of cultural creative industry, and Shaanxi province also have other necessary conditions,such as human resources, science and technology strength, the market demand and so on. Therefore, Shanxi Province has great advantage to develop the cultural creative industry,but there are something to define, to study and to confirm.That includes whether does it can effect the development of Shannxi economy,and what’s the principle mechanism,and the effection approach. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the development of cultural creative industry and the development of shaanxi economiy study is very necessary and important.In this paper, the research is mainly around one problem---can the cultural creative industries effect the develop of shaanxi economy. This paper separately study the present situation development of shaanxi cultural creative industry,the SWOT analyze of shaanxi cultural creative industry,and the effection of culture creative industry to the develop of shannxi encomy by the way of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and empirical research method.Firstly, this paper analyse the status quo analysis and qualitative analysis of shaanxi cultural creative industry,by the means of inductive analysis and SWOT analysis,at last it is concluded the advantages and defects of shaanxi cultural creative industry. Secondly,this article carry out the principle and empirical analysis from four aspects:province industrial structure, the consumption structure, the employment structure and the impact of economic increment.And it comes the conclusion that this industry can promot Shannxi industry structure,upgrade the consumption structure, increase the GDP of shannxi,and rationalize the employment status, and then it makes the economic structure,the economic quality.the GDP of shannxi economy get promote, so the culture creative industry can enhance the shannxi economy. At last, in view of a series of problems of the cultural creative industry developmentthis, this paper put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
