With the fast development of China’s culture building in recent years, China’smuseum has also been rapid development both in quantity and quality. Many nationalmuseums, such as the Palace Museum, Shanghai Museum, Suzhou Museum, theMuseum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Xian, has abundant collectionsand advanced equipment and has become the top-ranking museum in the world. Butas a part of museum service, the development of museum store and museum culturalcommodities is very slow. There has a serious imbalance between market demand andthe design of museum creatives cultural commodities.Based on this background, theauthor carried out the museum creatives cultural commodities for the study of thistopic.In this research, First, we will define what is cultural goods, museums creativecultural commodities and other related concepts, and find the feature of museumscreative s cultural commodities..Then research the creatives cultural commodities inmany famous museums and summarized the five major creatives culturalcommodities design style,including the retro retro style, national regional style,modern minimalist style, cute style and fashion style. And the four productdevelopment ways of museums reative cultural commodities, includingself-development, with the cooperation of the designer or manufacturer,artisticlicense, and by a specific unified development of industry organization. And theresearch shows that there are four design strategy of museum creatives culturalcommodities: Brand strategy, serialization strategy, geographic strategy andhigh-class-oriented strategy. And there are two method for museum cultural symbolsbe applied to design museum creative cultural commodity,first, form transformationmethod, extract the museum collections or other cultural symbols of the form,decoration, color, texture elements into, and with the product Functional the secondmethod is story transformation to museum collections or other cultural symbolsinvolved in the characters, stories, legends and cultural background as the theme,creative hair or adapt to get the cultural and creative products. There are six steps inmuseum creative cultural products design procedures:(I) survey of the museum’scultural and themes;(II) design;(III) museum cultural symbols collections;(IV) museum cultural symbols collections choosing;(V)museum cultural symbolstransferring;(VI)creative cultural commodity design.
