With the development of the Internet, the network provides richinformation such as picture, article, sound, multimedia and hyperlink. Nowthe network has become one of the most important ways for people toaccess information. It is the fact that determines business sites can’t justconsist of static pictures and texts. It should be richer, more various andmore active. In other words, business sites need to be interactive and cangive users more guidance by using web elements, not just let users browserthe web site without purpose.First part of the article, analyze the relationship between businessesand consumers, from which I found there is a communication problembetween business sites and users. Then I began to think about it and startedto make strategy. I analyzed the form and elements of interaction onexisting sites, sorted materials and classified effects of each site elements.With the requirements of usability and interaction, I designed a web siteselling women’s shoes, through which I gave my conclusion on interactionof business sites at the end the article.In my article, the class of interaction is divided into low level,medium level and high level. By testing for the time users stay on a siteand personal preferences, I got a lot of data and could investigate theinfluence and satisfaction of different levels of interaction.Multi-interaction refers to a scientific way to combine three levels ofinteraction, with various elements on site, which enables users to get moreinformation and be more active. The purpose of the research is tostrengthen the communication between users and business sites throughmulti-interaction.
