Research On Institutions And Organizations Of Marine Culture Industry In China

The ocean is the cradle of the birth of life and it is the important origin of human civilization. Ocean has played a prominent role throughout the history of man. The 21 century is a century of ocean, and it has become the indispensable wealth of human society. As development of society, ocean resources has been targeted by every maritime power around world with the inadequacy of our resources. In fact, it is the competition of oceans culture behind the fierce competition. Some cultural factor such as cognition of ocean, views of ocean and so on, will influence the the basic configuration and development trend of the competition. The development of marine economy cannot do without the thriving and prosperous of marine culture. The development of marine culture industry can not only provide the necessary material conditions for the marine culture, but also can affect the formation of marine cultural values. Therefore, there is a close relationship between the marine culture industry and the marine culture. In our country, the development of marine culture industry is new in academic field. It gradually comes into the vision of the public and receives common attentions in recent years. The marine culture industry are comparatively small throughout the whole marine economy. And it is still in a relatively weak position. To explore the scientific and reasonable mechanism for the development tendency of marine culture industry has played a positive role in promoting the specific research and practice of the marine culture industry.This article focus on the research of marine cultural industrial organization. I will put forward series of development countermeasures by analyzing the existing problems basic on present situation of marine cultural industrial organization. I adopt some methods to research this subject by document research,compares method and multidisciplinary research approach. There are some differences between domestic and abroad of the marine cultural industrial organization were analyzed in this article basic understanding on the domestic and foreign development situation of marine culture industry. The government, academic organizations and social organizations are introduced in this article. I adopt swot analyzing to view situations more objectively and compare the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats exist in marine cultural industrial organization.
