The Study On The Management System Of Chinese Community Cultural Center

In recent years,the country put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through education and culture,with the increase of continuing education needs and social public leisure time in the process of modernization,the construction of the public cultural service system,as the basic way to protect the citizen's cultural rights,has become the key channel to promote the great development and prosperity of the culture,and to meet the multifarious needs of the spiritual civilization.The community cultural center as the basic and important position in providing public cultural services,with efficient and convenient modern organization mode,combining various functions,has gradually become one of an important people's livelihood project of socialist harmonious society.The community cultural center as the carrier of community culture,in the promotion of central premise,stepping up the construction of local government organizations,how to build a scientific and rational organization and management mechanism to achieve healthy and sustainable development of the community caused widespread concern.This article from the public service culture and community governance perspective,with the help of multi center governance theory(modern organization theory)and other research results on China three(Shanghai,Jinan,Qingdao)a total of 37 basic current situation of the development of community cultural center on the investigation,comparison of the governance and operation experience,the use of literature,non participant observation and interviews,including private non enterprise units,institutions and community organizations of three kinds of typical corporate identity perspective,analysis of the management mechanism of community cultural center.The research shows that the development of Chinese community cultural center at present is showing the problem that the management subject is ambiguous,the self-management ability is poor,the resources are scarce,and the participation of the community residents is insufficient.Combining the three typical management models,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the internal governance mechanism of the community cultural center and construct the external management system.The content of this paper is divided into four parts:the chapter one is the introduction of research background,research questions,methods,theoretical prospective and literature review;the chapter two summarizes three management models of China city community cultural center,introduces its organizational mechanism characteristics and comes up with its reform proposals path;the chapter three mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of current community cultural center exists in the management system;the chapter four put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management system of city community cultural center.
