At this stage of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, people always pay more attention to teaching vocabulary and adopt various ways on teaching vocabulary, like set the context for teaching. But in the actual teaching process, some methods need to be improved, such as used difficult words, context is set not classic, the attitude of students to learn vocabulary and learning methods. In the process of teaching Primary comprehensive course, context is set to follow the principle of simple, interesting, practical and life. When demonstrating and explaining vocabulary, you can use pictures, things, brief strokes, body language, and the courseware auxiliary teaching means, known words import method, using dialogue to show the new words, use songs to learn new words and use situation around methods to learning words, explain the new words according to the passage, to strengthen the new words, using new words to retell the text, situational setting practice, read new words related articles, by using the methods of writing new words can help students to learn vocabulary better. Context theory is applied to the primary comprehensive course vocabulary teaching not only shows the collocation and usage of vocabulary, let students understand vocabulary by more simple form and distinguish polysemy, improve the students’ communicative competence in their daily lives.
