The Study Of Solutions Concerning The Protection Of The Intangible Culture Heritage Within Counties

In recent years, the protection of intangible cultural heritage is a popular term concerning cultural heritage, the country has already put the work of protecting intangible cultural to the level of national cultural strategy, and the research of intangible cultural heritage protection has also grown fast unprecedentedly, different theories, methods and principles are brought up by different disciplines from different angles on the protection of intangible cultural heritage. Various forms of cultural treasures are actively and enthusiastically demonstrated throughout the country, Ansai county is no exception to this. This thesis use the county as a unit, conduct an in-depth investigation on the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of Ansai, and further discuss the methods of the protection and the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage within counties.There are four chapters in this thesis:The first chapter is a corresponding introduction of the subject on the purpose, meaning, domestic and international research trends, keys, difficulties and innovations.The second chapter states the historical evolution of intangible cultural heritage of Ansai County. Respectively discussed from the following three aspects; Types of the historical periods of intangible cultural heritage of Ansai County; The historical changes of three of the most iconic intangible cultural heritage project(drum, paper cutting, folk) in Ansai County; and the state of symbiosis in historical periods of intangible cultural heritage and the people together.The third chapter describes the present status of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Ansai. The main research aspects: a governmentled processing of data; the present state of living of the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage as well as their awareness and understanding of intangible cultural heritage; the awareness and understanding of the local people concerning the protection of intangible cultural heritage; the changes of the intangible cultural heritage in Ansai County.The fourth chapter analyzes the methods of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Ansai.First, the inheritance actions of the government based on the national macro-protection policies and measures; Second, an overall protection of the skills of the inheritors, inherit their skills without any reservation through texts, images, training, teaching and other ways; Third, the spreading of the know- ledge respecting the intangible cultural heritage, so that people can have a more in-depth knowledge and understanding of the intangible cultural heritage and enhance the awareness of people concerning the protection and the inheritance of he intangible cultural heritage; Fourth, utilize the cultural community and the nature market of the intangible cultural heritage, impel it into the approach of protection through industrial development.The fifth chapter has summarized the the diversified existence state of the intangible cultural heritage on the county level. Based on the fact of the active leading of the county government and the strategy of economically developing the intangible cultural heritage within the county, the individual case of Ansai has been studies here to offer guidance to the other counties of China to protect and develop their intangible cultural heritage, and as a result, ways have been proposed from multiple viewing angles as to how to protect the intangible cultural heritage within the county.
