Firstly, improve the organization, constructfeasible rating system, weaken the governmental influence, and put Confuciusinstitute in a more flexible and independent position; Secondly, increase the contentsof teaching, and organize more special Chinese activities to demonstrate traditionalChinese culture and modern achievements, and the spirits of Chinese people topromote the cultural creativity; Thirdly, construct multiple operating pattern, becausedifferent country has different traditions and cultures, uniform operating pattern is notthat effective.
