The scholar circles are always attaching importance to academic research on calligraphy history in Qing Dynasty, because calligraphy history has many kinds of comparative combination such as the old tradition of calligraphy and stele, Wang Xi Zhi and Wang Xian Zhi, the new tradition of the Northern Wei Dynasty, handwriting of artist and calligrapher, scholar calligrapher and folk calligrapher etc, so it provides conditions to make academic research become diversified and profound. The title of this paper is produced on the basis.Research on Atmosphere of Worshiping Tang Dynasty during Qian and Jia is aimed at demonstrating the atmosphere of worshiping Tang during Qian and Jia. It is composed of background, idea and practice. The background part discusses requirement of imperial examination on calligraphy, effect of Petrogram on handwriting, the official worship on Confucianism causes establishment of mainstream ideology during Qian and Jia. The idea part is based on arrangement on theory of calligraphy to make discussion that life concept of scholars have affected aesthetic standards of calligraphy under worship by official Confucianism, the combination of pursuing moral quality and calligraphy quality as well as presentation of rules. The practice part uses statistics method and based on data to discuss grouping of calligraphers and stylize of works, it discloses practice of worshiping Tang has become to be the trend in aspects such as region, calligraphy style, tools, skills and form etc.Through arrangement on history of calligraphy, this paper discloses the atmosphere of worshiping Tang during Qian and Jia in Qing Dynasty are one of the main handwriting fashions on the basis of calligraphy theory and statistics data as well as demonstration on background, idea and practice. The atmosphere of worshiping Tang ii guided by official likes other calligraphy fashion, they have no contradiction and opposition, they are the different calligraphy style under the same times background, it is also the epitome calligraphy features, which forms the complete calligraphy atmosphere, so it reflects Calligraphy history in Qing Dynasty is beneficial for the deepening of research, it has referential and instructive meanings.
