Study On The Image Of Confucianist And Mohist Of Huai Nanzi

The master of Confucianism, Confucius headed; the master of Mohism, Mo headed. The master of Eclectics has Lv Shi Chun Qiu and Huai Nanzi and so on, Huai Nanzi is the concluding work from scholars in pre-qin times developed to Han dynasty, is also the last echo of scholars in pre-qin times. Liu An, is the imperial clan person, is the seigneur following after the Wen Xin Hou, but different from Wen Xin Hou who is born in a merchant family. Liu An wrote the internal and external papers of Huai Nanzi, on the one hand, it has reflected his high literary accomplishment, on the other hand, it has shown the grand goal of the imperial clan person governing the country. Liu An and his families were killed with treason charges, the truth along with the advance of history finally disappeared in the historical records, we can see Liu An’s intentions and the imprint of the times from Huai Nanzi. This paper selects image-shaping of Confucians and Monists from Huai Nanzi’s to see the fate of Confucian and Monist in the Han dynasty, and also research of its own summary of thoughts and literary creative characteristics and etc. Through comparing with Zhuang Zi and Han Feizi and other relates document, to study the changes and stereotypes of the image of Confucians and Monists in the view of development.The whole paper is basically composed of two aspects, namely the introduction, the main text (four chapters).The introduction, mainly is the analysis of present study to illustrate the close relationship between Huai Nanzi and Confucian and Monist, and introduces the significance and methods of the research purpose.The first chapter, namely the image of Confucianist in Huai Nanzi. This chapter based on the evaluation of Confucian literature and Confucian, collating the image of Confucianist in Huai Nanzi, such as Confucius, Confucius disciple, etc., to see the vivid image and the development Confucianism through comparing with Zhuang Zi and Han Feizi and others.The second chapter, namely the image of Monist of Huai Nanzi. This chapter based on the evaluation of Monist and quotation of literatur, defining the image of Monist in the document of early Han dynasty, trying to discuss the influence of Monism to early Han dynasty, to see the change of Monism by comparing with Zhuang Zi and Han Feizi and others.The third chapter, namely the image of Confucianist and Monist in Huai Nanzi. This chapter from the point of literature to present the influence of Confucianist and Monist before Han dynasty, and record of the Confucianist and Monist in early Han dynasty literature, tries to explain the summary characteristics of Huai Nanzi, so as to study the phenomenon of the equal popularity of Confucianist and Monist, the distinguished characteristics and influence of themselves.The fourth chapter, namely the significance of shaping the image Confucianist and Monist in Huai Nanzi. Based on the above three chapters, and combined with the changes of the image of Confucianist and Monist in Zhuang Zi and Han Feizi, we can see that the image shaping of Confucianists and Monist in Huai Naizi is the reflection of Liu An and other people’s subjective emotion, is the trend that include literary characteristics, is the inevitable trend of the highly development of the culture in the early Han Dynasty.
