| This report is based on the translation of Modern Electric, and Hybrid Electric, and Fuel Cell Vehicles-Fundamentals, Theory, and Design, where there exist a large number of sub-technical words, which have normal meanings and also technical meanings based on their contexts. Therefore, it is difficult for us to define the meanings of those words, thus making the translation difficult. Semantic field theory is widely used to study the semantic relationship between words. This report classifies the sub-technical words in the text and forms their semantic field, and analyses their meanings on the basis of semantic field theory. |
