Research On The Development Conditions And Prospects Of Cultural Voluntary Service In Shandong Province

Cultural volunteering is not a new thing. For a long time, culture volunteers is an important member of volunteer groups. In recent years as the country and the society take more attention to cultural volunteers, the ability of voluntary service and the level of theoretical have had greater development than in the past. But overall, the current academic circles to participate in the discussion is still relatively small, to volunteer service as the main content of cultural volunteer team in Shandong province and even the domestic is in preliminary development stage, so there are some problems in the team building and activities. Such as:cultural volunteer services in the imperfection of the related legal policy, mechanism is not sound, lack of independent ability to raise funds, and other issues. Activities have obvious tendency of government, culture of volunteer service team is always around the local government policy and work arrangement, ’passive’ activities,’passive’ enjoy volunteer services even. So as to make the cultural volunteer activities are mostly temporary, lack of long-term and sustainability. However, volunteer service is the innate nature of the mandatory personal choice rather than the outside force.The culture of the top-down passive volunteer service activities against the inner soul of volunteerism,weaken the charisma of volunteer activities, participate and influence.Based on the above issues, this paper is divided into five parts. The first part elaborated the research background and reason, literature review and the research methods. The second part is the status of the cultural volunteer service activities in Shandong Province. The third part is the cultural problems existing in the volunteer service and the reason analysis. The fourth part introduces the volunteer experience. The fifth part to promote cultural concrete train of thought on the development of voluntary service.
