Present Situation Investigation And Revelation Of Chinese Volunteers From Jiangxi Province To Thailand

Since 2011,Jiangxi Province department of education under the entrust of hanban to recruit volunteers,by 2013,69 volunteers in Jiangxi Province to be a teacher in Thailand. This article through to the Jiangxi Province sent nearly three years in three batches of 69 Chinese volunteers to the Thai present situation investigation.And summarize each kind of present situation,list of all aspects of the problem.Then aiming at these problems,thinking about the causes.Finally according to the problems and reasons,propound related suggestions,hope for helping the Chinese volunteer program of Jiangxi Province in the future.The first portion is the introduction,expounds the reason of choosing this topic,the research purpose and significance,the research status of subject,the research ideas and methods of this paper,the innovation of this article.The second portion is investigate the present situation of Chinese volunteers from Jiangxi Province to Thailand.Mainly from volunteer’s life, social interaction, mental accommodation status, volunteer teachers’ school about Chinese class,volunteer teachers use Chinese textbooks,volunteers Chinese language teaching, class teaching strategies,the school and local teachers’ attitude to volunteer teachers and Chinese, the attitude of Thailand students learning Chinese to all aspects.And summarize each kind of investigation,analyze the various aspects problems of volunteers in Thailand.The third portion is thinking the causes of the problems existing in the volunteers,finding out two important reasons—the lack of the examination and training program of Chinese volunteers.The fourth portion is the suggestions to the problems and reasons,hope to be helpful to the volunteers project of Jiangxi Province in the future.The full text to the present situation of the Chinese volunteers in Thailand of Jiangxi Province from 2011 to 2013, points out the actual circumstances of the volunteers, analyses of the problems of the volunteers, thinks about the cause of problems, and puts forward related suggestions.
