Since the eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Communist Party core team has undertaken the historical mission of discovering the great Chinese dream and the national renaissance.It has initiated the whole process of reform and opening up,carried out all the work of the construction of spiritual civilization in an all-round way,and has made great achievements and created the Chinese experience and the Chinese model of the public cultural service.In order to further develop advanced culture,innovate traditional culture,support common culture,guide popular culture,transform outdated culture,resist harmful culture,promote a positive spiritual pursuit and a healthy and civilized lifestyle in the whole society,meet the growing beauty of the people and create a wonderful audience,we should take building an influential and well-received public brand as the focus of current public cultural service system.The major topic of this article is brand construction of public cultural service in Shandong,and it-mainly includes the following five aspects:The first part concentrates on the significance of the public cultural service brand construction,which includes the significance of public cultural service system and the social development;the second part introduces the general situation of its development,level,type and the advantage of the resource distribution;the third part,includes three points,namely,the brand construction in the national demonstration area of public culture service system,the demonstration project on brand construction of the national public culture service system and other featured brand construction in Shandong province.In addition,advantages and disadvantages of brand construction are also discussed in the research,including the main achievements,features and issues of brand construction at the present stage.In the last part,a practical plan and strategies for development for the future year's development is proposed,which is the most important part of the whole research.Through the comprehensive study of the construction of the public cultural service brand in Shandong Province,this paper summarized the existing problems and proposed some pertinent strategies to solve these problems in order to further improve the level of public cultural services,promote the steady development of public cultural undertakings,and enhance the cultural accomplishment and level of the civilization of the masses of the people.Meanwhile,it will consolidate the research foundation for future researchers and make some contribution for future research.
