Oral Chinese as a foreign language is an important course of Chinese learning who come from foreign country. The communicative ability of learners is not only a standard to measure the level of chinese learning of the overseas students, but also an essencial language skill. Usually, communicative language teaching is an efficient way to improve the communicative competence of the learners in the Chinese teaching as a foreign language. Also, the primary oral english teaching in Chinese as a foreign language includes the learning motivations, learning habits and learning levels, which relates to the adaptation of the teachers and the students as well. Under the gudience of the communicative teaching theory, the students can develop as productive learners from the accepetence ones. Gradually, Chinese teaching as a foreign language improves and enhances the degree of accuracy and the flow of spoken Chinese.On the premise of understanding the reality and the availability of the textbooks, the teachers should offer an realistically imitation combined with the appropriate language skills. Primary oral Chinese teaching as a foreign language aims at creating a good language atmosphere for the students taken as the center, with the communication as the goal, to avoid remedying every mistake. In the part of the teaching design example of the primary oral Chinese as the foreign language, the author uses lesson "Excuse me, where is the bank? “To be an example, in which reflects the difficulties of the primary oral Chinese and uses appropriate teaching strategies for the specific teaching demonstration.
