The culture industry is the important force to promote the development of economy in our country, and also is a reflection of city culture. The characteristics of Xi ’an cultural industry is "Content is king", as thirteen dynasties ancient capital, its core culture revolves around the three periods of Qin, Tang and Han dynasty, the development of the core culture drive the development of other industries. At present, Da Qin and Da Tang culture industry development have paid off, which combine closely with tourism and construction industry, as well as form a relatively complete cultural transmission and marketing system. While the Han dynasty culture industry in Xi ’an, aside from the protection of the site, has not yet formed a complete cultural industry, the construction of transmission system is not perfect, the industry value-adding ability is weak. If the Xi ’an Han culture are made resources integration and expansion development, building competitive Xi ’an Han culture industry communication strategy, which will improve its cultural industry value-adding, forming the“three pillar” structure of Xi ’an Qin, Han, Tang three dynasty culture industry, and constantly promote the development of cultural industry to a higher level of Xi ’an, then drive the whole economic prosperity.
