The Research Of Chinese Polite Euphemism Teaching As A Second Foreign Language

Euphemism is a linguistic phenomenon,playing a "lubricant" role in verbal communication.Chinese polite euphemism bearing unique phenomenon of Chinese national culture,is to communicate tools appropriately in Chinese environment.To master the use of Chinese polite euphemism is an important aspect to improve the communicative competence of the foreign students.In view of the current research on Chinese polite euphemism,its body of theoretical knowledge is concerned mostly,but the study of its teaching level is not sufficient.So this paper chooses this topic---“Chinese polite euphemism teaching as a second foreign language”to study.This article mainly involves the contents of four aspects:Firstly,from the perspective of pragmatics,the definition and theoretical basis are elaborated.And then its national cultural psychology is analyzed and revealed totally as well as social function s of Chinese polite euphemism,from sociolinguistics,social psychology and cultural linguistics these aspects.Secondly,through the form of questionnaires and the method of mathematical analysis,the acquisition of Chinese polite euphemism about the students of southeast is surveyed and analyzed.Thirdly,Based on the survey and analysis about the foreigners’ Chinese polite euphemism acquisition,to find out some problems from it,the causes of problems found from two aspects of subjective and objective will be analyzed.Fourthly,according to the above research,practical teaching strategies will be put forward aimed at how to implement the teaching of Chinese polite euphemism as a foreign language.
