This research uses the theory of institutional changes of new institutionalism and the discipline of knowledge sociology to make an analysis and as the main theory, in order to points out the problems of sinology education in the current university through an institutional analysis paradigm and to make an end to the anomie state of traditional sinology education, this research mainly studies from the construction of education target system, perfecting the rules of power system, disciplining discipline curriculum system, optimizing organizational behavior system, as a result, constructing a institutionalized system in the end. With the improvement of the educational system of sinology education in colleges, it hopes Chinese traditional academic culture can be better inherited, studied and innovated, further more, college students’ humanity quality and cultural identity will be promoted.This article first introduces the background and origin of the existing problems of research in sinology education in the university, the value and significance of the research. It defines the core concepts and makes a comprehensive statement of the related literature, and then puts forward the thoughts, contents and methods of it. The difficulties and innovations of the research have been also made clear in this article.Following the introduction, this paper expounds the theoretical foundation of the institutionalization of sinology education in the university.Citing the institutional change theory and the theory of academic discipline as the theoretical support of this research.Institutional change theory is the analysis paradigm of the study in the institutionalization of sinology education. The formation and change of system are the product of the spontaneous transactions where people pursue the maximization of benefit on the basis of cost analysis. When the system fails to satisfy the interests of the behavior subjects in every benefit chain, the behavior subjects will seek a change of the system so that they can create a more efficient system to replace the old inefficient system.It deeply analyzes the role that formal constraint and informal constraint, mandatory institutional change and induced institutional change play in the institutionalization of sinology education and focus on analyzing the role sinology education plays in the institutionalization.Subject discipline theory is an important theory of the institutionalization of sinology education. According to the structure system of the academic discipline, "knowledge-education practice mode-power", sinology education in the university should attach great importance to the role of education practice, pay attention to the establishment of subject-oriented sinology, make a deep analysis of the power problems in the institutionalization of sinology education discipline and explore the recessive influence and dominant influence the power has in institutionalization of education.Second, it analyzes the institutionalization of sinology education in the university in the modern times from history perspective and the historical factors of it, finally provides the basis for the construction of the institutionalization of university sinology education from the historical experience of sinology and historical practice of university sinology education.Again, it puts forward the demands of the institutionalization of sinology education in the university and analyzes present situation and problems of the current sinology education in the university. The anomie that the sinology education in the university is faced with is embodied in a vague concept of "sinology education" in the university, the controversy for the subject orientation of sinology education, irregularity problem of the curriculum and textbooks, orientation of traditional sinology education organization. A lack of effective supervision regulation system during a period of time when people pursue the maximization of benefit which leads to a change of educational system is the cause of the anomie of traditional sinology education. The abolishment of the change of system and the solution to the anomie problem of education lie on an institutionalized system of sinology education.Finally, it sets up a system about the institutionalization of sinology education in the university. Six principles should be followed during the construction of the institutionalization of sinology education in the university, that is, fairness and justice, democracy and legality, harmony, efficiency, theory with practice, multicultural coexistence of alternate and the Pareto improvement. To establish a stable and orderly university sinology education system by constructing education target, improving authority rule, disciplining discipline curriculum and optimizing the organizational behavior and finally enhancing the interaction of them.The institutionalization of sinology education in the university, all in all, is a systematic project which needs a joint effort and cultivation of common concerns of the state, society, schools, scholars, and students.
