Research On The Orientation Of The Cultural Policies Of The Chinese Communist Party Since Reform And Opening-up

As an important part of the superstructure, culture plays a vital role in national construction and social development. Especially since the reform and opening-up, cultural exchange and collision become more intense between our country and the world. According to the changing international situation and China’s national conditions, the Communist Party of Chinese size up the situation and formulate corresponding cultural policy in different periods. This paper analyzes the evolution of the China’s cultural policy orientation from the cultural ideology attribute to the cultural industry attributes to the value of culture attribute after reform and opening-up.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. It discusses the writing significance, the domestic writing about cultural policy research review since the reform and opening-up, the research train of thought and the research method and innovation.The second part is the first chapter of the article. It mainly discusses the policy principles of the development of culture in China since the reform and opening-up. It’s mainly on the basis of the role of culture in the socialist construction and oriented to the socialist construction of culture.The third part is the second, the three and the four chapters. They mainly analyzes the reasons of China’s cultural policies by focusing on the cultural ideology attribute to admitting its industry attribute to the value of culture attribute and the performance, the reasons, the shortages and the trend of the changes of culture policy.The fourth part is the conclusion. It mainly integrates the policy orientation of culture development of the whole evolution process in our country since the reform and opening-up. It’s the summarization from the first to the four chapters of the overall.Since the reform and opening-up, the cultural policy development and evolution are closely linked to the situation of our country and the world situation changes. They are scientific decisions of the Communist Party, combined Chinese changes with world situation. This paper thinks that, the main role of culture in the socialist construction is not identical in different period, even more so in the future cultural policy. Not only should pay attention to the value of culture, at the same time, but also not ignore the industry attribute and ideological attribute of culture in the construction of socialism modernization.
