Research Of The Double Hook Draw Bamboo In Traditional China Painting

Discussed in this paper is the research with hook method to draw bamboo on the traditional China painting, it is the study of a new artistic form, the scope of the study is limited to the hook bamboo painting before the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The research method is based on the historical context, the double hook draw Bamboo of this painting is divided into two parts:the Gongbi (fine brush) hook bamboo and Yibi (thick brush) hook bamboo. Then the typical works of representative painters of each part is analyzed one by one, the main representative works in the chinese brush, ink, use the line, with a variety of changes and characteristics of color, and the changes of these self and social causes, in order to sort out a clear brush and ink development law of the double hook draw bamboo painting.At first it is austere and simple in the Tang Dynasty. In the Yuan dynasties, at the special social background, the literati painting bamboo reach the peak.But to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, hook draw bamboo is becoming gradually atrophy, this form of painting gradually fading out of people’s field of vision.
