The ideological theme of legal fiction has been expanded in this paper. Generalized idea of legal fiction has been posed. Multidimensional ideological characteristics of new period is discussed in five aspects.Theme of the fictions takes same orientation with the prevailing ideology. The fictions take the same pace with the reformation and emerge the whole scene of the social reality from legal point of view artfully. It is reflected that the masses of people from the bottom of community are getting aware of their legal rights. The consciousness of “being a clean official” is analysed. The combination of author’s writing mentality and the legal thinking is also concerned.The legal fiction focus on the official circle and current politics.The intrinsic quality of the view at power is dissected.
