The primary teaching materials in the foreign teaching is very important. The students are interested in foreign language can be development, can be play function, the teaching materials have play very important roles in the foreign education. In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the primary oral English teaching has taking the responsibility on the students’ basic language communication, the stand or fall of primary spoken language teaching material has important influence in the success or failure of the teaching.As the international Chinese teaching, Chinese as a foreign language teaching material rising, the number of species also increasingly rich, there are series of teaching materials, teaching materials and special purposes monomial skill teaching material, etc. Although the primary spoken language teaching material number compared to other types of teaching materials has a lot of advantages, but make teachers feel good with, lets the student feel academic teaching material is not much. Even high use textbooks still exist more or less. Aiming at the status quo, the author chose the domestic colleges and universities use more of the old version of the development of ‘Development Chinese:Elementary Spoken Textbook II’ as the research object, the concept of the two materials to write topic, layout style, the text corpus, choice of vocabulary and practice design comparative analysis, summarizes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the two materials, aimed at primary spoken language teaching material of Chinese as a foreign language writing experience, provide some Suggestions for the primary spoken language teaching material writing in the future.This article is divided into seven parts. The first part of introduction mainly expounds the research background, research significance of this topic and research aim; The second part expounds the related theoretical basis of this thesis; The third part of the overall analysis of two materials, the fourth part vocabulary for all-round analysis of the teaching material, including the standardization of the vocabulary, the details of parts of speech and the practicability of vocabulary; The fifth part have analysis of the two materials, from the text, the text corpus, quantitative statistical analysis from several aspects, such as communicative role; The sixth part compares the two teaching materials practice design, found both materials in the amount of exercise, the type of problem sets and other aspects, there are differences, which can also be seen as the development of the times, increasingly highlight the importance of task-based teaching method. The seventh part on the basis of previous analysis on the primary spoken language teaching material Chinese puts forward some suggestions, hope can to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
