In Inner Mongolia, Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education is very important, Mongolian and Chinese bilingual education has been the national attention. In the Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching for students and teachers is the voice of the hardest. If there are errors in the speech, there will be daily communication barriers in their daily lives will have a lot of misunderstanding, is not conducive to our exchanges. Monsanto said the Chinese how to find the causes of speech errors, and how to effectively correct speech errors are each like learning Chinese Mongolian students and teachers are eager to solve the problem. So I hope that through this research, it is possible to find errors Monsanto’s voice causes and propose effective teaching strategies for these reasons. I want to be able to provide a little meager forces to improve the future of teaching Chinese phonetics.Mongolian students often go out of tune when learning Chinese speech and voice are not allowed. By contrast aspects of Mongolian and voice, social language environment, teachers and students to study the existing problems. And outlines the reasons for the existence of speech errors, there are different Mongolian and voice environment, because of students, because teachers, the impact of Chinese linguistic phenomena such as sound changes. To solve these problems and proposed to improve the Mongolian and bilingual students proper voice strategy. Better hope that through these strategies to correct Monsanto voice in order to achieve a smooth exchange purposes.
