Today, the international Chinese language education showing a "hot" strong momentum, Chinese teachers is particularly scarce resources. During the culture of international Chinese language teachers, reflecting the overall quality of teachers for Chinese demand, especially the master of teachers’ expertise to, the spread of Chinese culture, the training and inspiration of Chinese study, the judgment and the use of teaching methods and other aspects, which have detailed and stringent requirements. In the process of training international Chinese language teachers, case study and learning is a direct and effective way to improve teachers’ abilities of thinking and operating.This paper focuses on the reduction of teaching cases authenticity and scientific, objective record of the teaching process, to restore the real classroom, teaching cases and concluded that the use of teaching strategies on the advantages and disadvantages through case studies, teachers in the teaching of language and teaching methods and inadequate use of superiority on. Summed enlightening, teaching experience regular, full case study in the field of teaching a foreign language reference and enlightening provide some reference for new teachers to promote Chinese language and culture internationally.The first chapter is related to literature, significance, content and methods. The second chapter are analyzed the teaching case, and are classified according to teaching, the selection of representative cases fragments, to be briefly described and analyzed. On the basis of existing case studies, the third part gives an overall induction, summary and interpretation, which is comprehensively analyzed and discussed from the teaching content, strategies, the primary inspiration for teaching and other aspects. The fourth chapter is the conclusion part, to summarize the main points of this paper, and paper for deficiencies exist, to be presented in the future direction of further research.
