Research On The Relationship Among Self-efficacy, Adaptive Performance And Subjective Wellbeing

In this study, we choose 200 employees which have worked within 2years as the object, the study collect data through the questionnaire survey method. using correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis and other methods ofdata processing..On the sense of self-efficacy,adaptive performance and Subjective Wellbeing of the relationship between the three.The conclusions are as follows: self-efficacy of early-career professionals on adaptive performance and its dimensions have positive prediction. Self-efficacy and adaptive performance of early-career professionals on Subjective Wellbeing dosent have positive prediction. At last, the three variables in different demographic variables of differences.
