The Research Of The Death Penalty Review System In Tang Dynasty

The death penalty review system in tang dynasty is the judicial process system that tang dynasty rulers treat life kindly and prevent to kill innocent people wrongly,which mainly including two programs of the death penalty convictions review and check the execution review. In this paper, the auhtor firstly combs the death penalty review before tang dynasty,and then emphatically investigates the guiding ideology,organs,system flow,legal procedure, exceptions to have a clear and complete understanding for the relevant provisions and operation mode of the death penalty review system in tang dynasty,through consulting historical texts and reading the research results of the later generations.Try to take history as a mirror,to find the problems in current death penalty in our country, and make ancient things serve the present to provide historical experience to solve these problems.
