Based on the social fact, Durkheim from the perspective of positivist, seek for the reintegrated social value ligament and attempted to rescue the decaying social ethics by professional ethics.China is in the process of rapid development, all aspects of society is undergoing tremendous change. In the moral realm, the old ethics gradually lose effectiveness, and the new ethics is in the process of generation and improvement, this situation has led to the current lack of morality in our society. The industrial raw materials like Melamine, Borax become the food additives. In the eyes of ordinary people, officials become the servants of money and power. Accountants become the experts in cooking the books. The situation we now faced is similar to Durkheim’s problems. So the research of Durkheim’s theory can provide us with theoretical significance and practical significance.
