The first part,refer to the existing dictionaries and the books translated from Chinese,notes the vocabulary appeared in this chapter, analyzes its translation according to Chinese versions, and correct interpretation inappropriate, in order to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the legal documents.The second part, discussed and studied to the inheritance and development parts of Xixia matrimony legislation for the laws of Tang and Song Dynasty,the legislation basis of marriage law and its special customs.In order to clearly research the basic organization of Xixia society, the details for the program of matrimony behavior and the major feature of Xixia law.
