Research Of Land Statues Of Tiansheng Statues

Found in 1999, Tiansheng Statues brought huge impact to the Tang and Song historians. As the only one of the Tang and Song Dynasties'statues that handed down until now, Tiansheng Statues was modeled on Tang statues, while mixing with statues laying down in Song Dynasty, and appendixing Tang statues not actualized in accordance with their original appearance. Therefore, the Tiansheng Statues has a quality that including two Dynasties'statues, and this quality opens a new field for the study of the evolution of legal system of Tang Dynasty to Song Dynasty. In the ten volumes of Tiansheng Statues existing and the Tang statues attached, land statues of Tang Dynasty was rarely adoptioned and modified by Land Statues of Tiansheng Statues. Based on the recovery of Land Statues of Tiansheng Statues, in this paper the author will re-examine Equal-field system in Early Tang Dynasty, Land Statues of Song Dynasty,damage of Equal-field system and the establishment of private ownership of land to the Tang and Song of the political, economic, social and cultural changes brought about far-reaching implications.
