Northern and Southern in Wei Jin Dynasty is a large turbulent times, especially the turmoil in the end of the Western Jin Dynasty and Yong Jia, Central Plains cavalry was ravaged by the cavalries of northern ethnic minorities. At that time, the inner and outside struggles and fights are constant, and there is the scourge of natural disasters, so that the people of the Central Plains lived in misery. Their survivals face a huge challenge, and people have been seeking shelter in exile. Also, the noble scholars in the Western Jin Dynasty also become a member of the army of refugees. From then on, they begin to change the identity of the Nobles of the Central Plains, and they become the refugee class. However, the joining result in the special features of the times of refugees in Jin Dynasty.Among them, the refugee class in Eastern Jin Dynast play a very important role. The Nobles of north t to the south, because their identities are different from the Nobles of other dynasties that based on peasants. They receive the government’s attention and preferential policies, and they rapidly transform to the diasporas as distinct from the indigenous Nobles. It brings the emergence of this particular group of Nobles in history.The Nobles of overseas and Chinese surname exists grade and regional differences before the southern crossing, so it remained the previous internal differences in the crossed layers of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. The Nobles of overseas surname in Jian Kang district possess differences in level and differences in the internal and regional choice. In the influence of the concept of family status, they extremely exclude the exchanges and integration with local society. However, as the dominant ethnic group, they lead the direction of the political and cultural of indigenous community in Jiang Zuo. And it has caused a huge impact and effect on political, economic and cultural aspects of the whole indigenous community.
