This paper based on thepoor mechanic colleges students and the effect of classroom teaching is not good, most of thestudents’ English level cannot be improved of the status quo, this paper studies how to makeEnglish teaching to give priority to with skills, special development direction of learningatmosphere, give full play to its effect to cultivate a new kind of ability to accept newtechnology, has a good technical talent to lay a solid foundation.This article first from the mechanic college English class teaching in our country, thetheoretical significance and practical significance of establishing the mechanic collegeEnglish teaching should be aimed at employment oriented, with ability as the standard,training with practical English ability and vocational adaptability of the first line ofhigh-quality workforce.
