Roland University Confucius Institute was founded on December7, in2006, which is the first Confucius institute in Hungary. Roland university Confucius institute not only teaching Chinese language and organizing cultural promotion activities in Budapest, but also radiation to in other nine cities Hungary, which sets up a school in35large and medium enterprises, company, universities, primary and secondary schools. Since it was founded in2006, Roland university Confucius institute organizes about50cultural promotion activities every year. About2000students go to learn Chinese language in Roland university Confucius institute. In2013, the registered students of Roland university Confucius institute reached more than2600people, accumulative total teaching hours reached more than13000hours.After more than seven years of efforts, Roland university Confucius institute has become the center and authority on studying the Chinese cultural in Hungaiy. In June2014. t Roland university Confucius institute also established the world’s first overseas Chinese teachers training center, which provides training for local Chinese language teachers of Central and Eastern Europe. In future development. Roland university Confucius institute will further popularized Chinese in universities, middle and primary school.Roland university Confucius institute can get about30Chinese teachers from China every year. As of the promotion of Chinese language teaching in Hungary and the establishment of Chinese teachers training center in central and eastern Europe, Chinese teachers demanding has experienced a shift from quantity to quality.Depend on the core and multidimensionality of demand analysis in foreign language teaching, Combining with the study situation of the teachers’quality requirement in this field, analysizing the comprehensive quality requirement on Chinese teacher of the Hungarian students at primary stage in order to promote the development in selection and training of Chinese teachers and explore Chinese language teachers training nationally.Due to the most of the students are the primary level in Roland university Confucius institute*including the capital, and around the primary and secondary school and university. In our acquiring116questionnaires, only4students belong to the intermediate level. So our analysis about comprehensive quality requirements on Chinese teacher of the Hungarian students at primary stage also has instructions and reference significance for all the students in Hungary.Through investigation and analysis, it is found that "individual quality"(4.28)is in the initial stage of comparative value of teachers’comprehensive quality dimension firstly, and then the "teaching"(4.14), the last is "knowledge"(3.96).The "patience"(4.64) of "personal qualities",dimension, the "Chinese teaching method and skill"(4.65)of "teaching" dimension, the "Chinese basic knowledge"(4.7) of "knowledge" dimension, which is the students agreed that the three most important factors of Chinese teachers’comprehensive quality.So we suggest that the training of Chinese teachers about Hungary should have different prioritiesin the aspect of knowledge, teaching, and personal qualities according to different teaching objects.
